The solid-wood cabin creates a defined, private environment that feels markedly different from using temporary wellness equipment in a shared room. Designed to be ready when you are
A home sauna removes travel, booking and opening hours from the ritual. Once correctly installed, the cabin is there for early mornings, slower evenings and the moments when you want to step away without leaving home.

Where can I place an indoor infrared sauna?
Use an indoor model only in a dry, level, ventilated internal space with the clearances shown in its manual. Do not place it outdoors unless the specification explicitly permits this.
Will I need an electrician?
It depends on the model and size. Some compact cabins use a standard UK socket; larger variants may require a dedicated supply or professional connection. Check the selected variant specification and contact us should you need alters.
How should I begin using infrared heat?
